Return Policy
All merchandise bought from the Straus Company (with original tags attached) may be returned or exchanged for full credit within 2 weeks of receipt. Please include a copy of your sales receipt in the box with the returned items. The brands we carry guarantee their products will hold up to normal wear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call our store managers, John or Rick Stern, at 1-800-284-5797 and they will assist you.

We will need to call you for credit card information to process the return as we do not keep that information on file! So, please include a number where you can be reached!
Order Processing
We process orders daily, and with few exceptions, ship them out within 1 or 2 working days of their receipt. When delivery is delayed for any reason, or part shipment is made, we will send you a confirmation of your order with an anticipated delivery date. We do not charge your credit card until merchandise is shipped. UPS pick up from our store is usually 3pm. Express shipment may be requested with the understanding you will pay the difference between the cost of the service requested and the cost of regular ground.
Backorders
Regardless of how we try to anticipate our inventory needs, there are times when merchandise is backordered. If an item you order is backordered, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to change the order, cancel the order or wait for the merchandise to arrive. Again, you will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped.
